why does a state EVER warrant the use of such secrecy? They don’t exactly have nuclear missiles.This is New Mexico, the worlds 3rd largest nuclear power based on what's stored here.;)

The state of NM has nothing to do with those nuclear weapons,,,Military secrecy already products those. States have very little legitimate use for official secrets.
