Do they have a real lawyer, like one who has ever tried a case, in the whole administration? They just missed another golden opportunity to keep their mouths shut.

"This ruling is well out of the mainstream of judicial opinion," Stephanie Cutter, an assistant to President Obama, wrote on the White House's blog after Judge Roger Vinson in Florida ruled that the entire law is unconstitutional. "Today’s ruling ... is a plain case of judicial overreaching. The judge’s decision contradicts decades of Supreme Court precedent that support the considered judgment of the democratically elected branches of government that the Act’s 'individual responsibility' provision is necessary to prevent billions of dollars of cost-shifting every year by individuals without insurance who cannot pay for the health care they obtain."

Funny, many Democrats, pining for Dred Scott and Plessy v Ferguson, were saying much the same after Brown v Board of Education.

Did Pelosi come out and say “Are you serious? Are you serious?”

Stephanie Cutter is the one ‘out of the mainstream’ of America...

She worked for Bill Clinton as Deputy Communications Director at the White House during his administration and as Associate Administrator for Communications at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Then she served as Communications Director for Senator Edward M. Kennedy and in July 2003 was named Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee. In November 2003, she was named communications director for the John Kerry campaign.

In June 2008 she was appointed as chief of staff to Michelle Obama for the 2008 Presidential general election campaign. She served as the Chief Spokesperson for the Obama-Biden Transition Project. She served as Timothy Geithner’s counselor. In May 2009, she was appointed to serve as adviser to President Obama in the Supreme Court nominations.

She seems to have been passed around numerous times. Must not be able to keep a steady job even in DC!

From January 2005-March 2006, Cutter was a senior advisor to then Minority Leader Harry Reid and Democratic Senator Edward M. Kennedy.

>>Vinson allowed the law to stand while it is being appealed by the Obama administration.[9]<<

“that part sucks.”

From what I understand, he had no authority to grant an injunction. The reality is, however, this has to be further adjuducated with at least one Federal Judge declaring it unconstitutional AND that it is unseverable. That is a REAL good thing.

I wonder how many of those dandies in the WH thought they would be KO’d by a Rebel, Annapolis/Vandy grad from my old home town of Pensacola? HAHAHAHAHA.

I love this.

Get used to it leftists. We are going to start playing by your rules now - no rules at all. You will eventually long for the days of mere adverse court rulings.

Very unlikely.

There are 3 unbreakable legs on the Democrat stool:

trial lawyers

union members

welfare "clients"

Well, I disagree with that advice, respectfully!

Keep the spotter beams on the utter failure of the Obama and the 111th Congress in every thing they did. Don’t confuse the issue, or give them spinfood.

A senior administration officials said the judge's analysis of the ruling was “odd and unconventional”

Yet, the 'brilliant' coward wouldn't allow his name to be used for that statement.
