Here’s news about the repeal effort. I don’t know why we didn’t get all 47 GOP Senators to sign on, but they may sign on after this. Its very possible that many of the 23 DEM Senators who are up for re-election will vote for repeal. If so, 0bama might not want to veto the repeal.

This Federal Judge has actually declared Obamacare—the whole damned thing—unconstitutional.
Right but the delay will be until 2014 when it goes in to effect. So what happens between now and them. This disaster needs repealing Now!
And the judge wasn’t happy with what was in it.
From what I understand, due to the severabilty issue the entire Law is voided.
It’s a shame that they have him right after Megyn. Talk about a contrast in mentality (not to mention Megyn is, well ... gorgeous!)
