I know this sounds crazy, but I would be in favor of giving Israel parts of the border areas between us and Mexico. This gives them a second home safely away from the threats of the ME, gives us a great southern border ally that we can develop technology with, and you can be sure they would prevent the leaks across the border. It would likely benefit Mexico as well over the long haul. Yes, I know, crazy, but the world is going even more crazy at the moment.
