Every time President Felipe Calderón tells the world how well Mexico is doing on the front lines,from looking at Mexico, daily they are stealing, killing,kidnapping, murdering, beheadings, at some point they are all going to be killing each other from the way things are going. Mexico is a failed country.
More to watch for in Texas! Also, I was alerted to another scam...hijacking. A person is starting up their car, they look in the rearview mirror and a box, etc. is sitting on the back of the car....driver gets out to move it....hijacker gets in car...with your purse and identity.

McALLEN — There’s a certain portion of the Rio Grande Valley where drug smugglers are using homemade spikes, or caltrops, the most, said Rosalinda Huey, U.S. Border Patrol spokeswoman.
The four-sided metal spikes were originally used to stop horsemen during medieval times, but are now being used to puncture the tires of law enforcement vehicles while on pursuit. [snip]
