The price of meat is going to increase also, with the price of grains, and the price of fuel to make hay.
The EPA just announced the increase of Ethanol to 15% allowable in gasoline fuels.
The increase in corn price also causes other grains and hay to go up as farmers switch to growing corn because of its price. It then makes the other items scarce and then they go up.
Beans and Franks are best if you put in a lot of honey and molasses AND thin sliced hot dogs the day before and let them soak overnight

And they forget the added repair bills for everyone running that crap. 15% will destroy most engines.

I am not convinced “another Reagan” could turn it around as firmly and quickly though. The federal government has reached new levels of predatory method, ability and intent in the the past 22+ years.
It will take more good candidates, electoral sea change AND THE OVERT, EXPRESS AND DETERMINED WILL OF THE PEOPLE to reduce this bureaucratic, parasitic welfare State to oblivion.
I am interested to see how very abusive federal authorities are towards domestic political opposition, in contrast to their solicitous concern for rioting Islamist mobs in Egypt.
