That was bullshit and he knows it. The only ones that believe his “explaination” are the media.

I wonder if this guy understands that normal people, (and that includes tea partiers) never even consider threatening to kill someone. Such activity is the purview of crazy and/or barbaric people.

Yes, I know about Greg Howard’s compilation of interesting information about Mr. Fuller. I was a bit surprised that the guy surfaced again, given the nature of the things he apparently tried to conceal.

Thankfully, this nutbag is now a "prohibited person". Loughner might have been as well had Sheriff Dipstick been doing his job.

it took his lawyers two weeks to come up with this lame ‘excuse’ for what nutcase client said? He might wanna think about firing his lawyers imediately if this is the case

I'm of the suspicion that his legal counsel is provided by VPC, Brady Campaign or some other nest of anti-gun snakes. The lameness of the explanation doesn't matter - Fuller is clearly going to be used as a disposable tool.

Once a cowardly fool always a cowardly fool. He foolishly left his own protection up to the govt and when it failed, rather than face his own responsibility, he tried to blame others. Typical irresponsibile “citizen”.

Yes. He's white.

This guy must think he’s in a labor union, thinking that threatening people with violence is allowed.

From post 23, it appears that he has been a “prohibited person” for some time.

His FB page has been removed. I was kinda disappointed. I’ll be it was a real “hoot”.

Interesting.

The petitioner Fuller pleaded guilty, on July 20, 1972, to an information charging him with sodomy in the third degree.

Deputies took Fuller's actions as a serious threat. They did more than arrest Fuller. They invoked a state law called Title 36 and placed him under an involuntary psychiatric evaluation.

Interesting. Pima County Sheriff Dupnik wasted no time in getting this nuthouse Fuller involuntarily committed for evaluation. Why isn't KGUN9 or any other Tucson news outlet investigating why Dupnik never did the same for Loughner?

The constitution IS for the government.
It was not intended to prescribe the behaviour of citizens at all.
That is why I don’t favour several proposed amendments - like the flag burning one (though I might favour protection from prosecution of people who protect said flag).
Just a thought. I understand your sentiment perfectly well.
