Just goes to show, that even if you work out every day and eat well, you can still be taken from this life at the tender age of 96.

Yeah, any human body is, well, human. Pneumonia can hit anyone, anytime. I once caught it in the Arizona desert in the summer!

RIP Jack. You were an inspiration for millions.

Which is a lot better than doing so at the tender age of 76, which is what happens for most men (if they make it that long).

Back about 1969, I read an article about CHARLES ATLAS, his routine and diet, a very healthy diet!

Three years later he died at 80 years of age.

My great-grandfather died at 89 and my grand uncle died at 88. Both were poster boys for poor living, smoked like a chimney and drank like fish.
