Good grief... these people have had 4 years to produce a good fake birth certificate. How incompetent can these guys be?
LOL Cause its not just the fake document, its all the documentary evidence which would go with it... like the document numbers etc. Creating a forgery good enough to pass every test will be hard to do. Maybe impossible.
