I think Miss Nancy should be committed for a 72 hour psychiatric observation and evaluation. Maybe she can share a room with James Fuller.

Poor girl has lost it. She needs help and a room without sharp objects or hard surfaces.

She does not look well. If you watch her in public, her head twitches around quite a bit now. She is having more and more trouble finding words when speaking extemporaneously. I believe she has perhaps had a series of undiagnosed mini-strokes. She really does need medical attention.
