One of the men wounded in a Jan. 8 mass shooting in Tucson apologized Monday for an outburst at a town hall meeting.
James Eric Fuller started ranting at the end of the program Saturday, then took a picture of a Tea Party leader and yelled, "You're dead."
"Deputies made contact with him, attempted to remove him, and he turned around and yelled at everybody and called them all whores," Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan told The Associated Press.
Fuller was taken away by law enforcement and later charged with threatening and intimidation, and disorderly conduct.
Fuller apologized through his girlfriend, Dorothy Deruyter.
He has been in a hospital since being involuntarily committed Saturday for a mental health evaluation but wrote a statement and called Deruyter.
Fuller apologized for his "misplaced outrage."

I thought death threats were a felony? I wonder if the charge of threatening is a felony in AZ? This psycho needs jail time and then should he should be closely supervised. Somehow after all the left’s blame game sorry just doesn’t seem to cut it they have made me realize these threats should be taken seriously :)
hwe can apologize all he wants, but he has revealed his deep seated heated seething hatred of the right, and one apoology won’t ever change the way he REALLY feels about people he dissagrees with- and he is ONLY apologizing because he got arrested- had he not been arrested- he no doubt would NOT have apologized- he no dout waqs ORDERED to apologize by the left who have had to eat crow after they held him up as their little media darling for villifying the right and accusing the shooting on the right- his ‘apology’ is about as ‘sincere’ as anything obama says-
I still want the evaluation to take place and any charges he may face to be brought.It is not a joke when someone threatens someone with death.H is only sorry becuse he is sitting in the mental wrd if he had went home he’s be bragging online that he told them.

I still have not seen any testimony or video which actually shows this guy being shot. Is it too much to believe that in the aftermath this mentally dysfunctional drunk - by his own testimony - walked,...wounded in the knee,...to his car,...because he didn't know anything about first aid and so couldn't help anyone,...and drove himself to the hospital,...NOT telling anyone,...for treatment! Didi he have a gun or some weapon in the car to inflict a NON-SERIOUS WOUND???????????????? Just asking!

For a few hours you had that whole self-righteous Cindy thing right in your hands. First, a triumphant tour of the lefty media: Democracy Now! NPR! ABCNNBCBS! Chrissie! Geraldo! Shep! Piece of cake. Smear the conservatives, bravely recount your ordeal, answer a few puffball questions.
Then, paid-for appearances speaking at all the stinky radical rallies, firing up the Obamabots by shouting incoherent slogans into an echoing microphone while wearing your tattered Navy fatigues with the Special Forces patches. After the shows, plenty of chances to fall off the wagon and consort with the occasional near-sighted groupie. Maybe even a minor-league book deal as part of the payoff. It was all... right there.
And then, in one ill-advised burst of moonbat candor, you let it slip away....
