Fabrication.
She wasn’t even facing the shooter when she was hit. The Initial surgeon described the temple wound as the entry wound, and the forehead wound as an obvious exit wound, and a doctor that had not even treated Giffords reversed that finding three days later.
So who did the shooter shoot first?
If you’ve been paying attention to the news, the ambulances were deliberately delayed for 18 minutes due to a report from an on the scene peace officer that called in that there were two gunmen.
This was later diffused by “questioning” an innocent person, and then dismissing the ‘theory’ that there was a second person involved. This is the standard assassination program. It worked really well in Los Angeles when Bobby Kennedy was taken out and Sirhan, who had a gun, and had fired one shot which lodged in the now missing ceiling panel took the rap.
Jared Laughner did shoot many people, but more shots than his magazine held were fired, as is witnessed by the number of injured/killed people. A woman near him prevented him from inserting a second mag.
1. (the most common on the MSN) Is that he stopped by saw Giffords and then went over to “thank her” for her support. If the Judge was alone how does anyone know he went to “thank” Giffrods. This line is repeated in several stories almost word for word.
2. The Judge went to mass and then went to Safeway and spotted one of Giffords staff that he knew and went over to see what was going on.
3. Is the he was at the church cleaning as he did every Saturday and then someone told him that there was an event and he THEN went over to see Giffords. Oddly this story which I found on the latimes last week is now not accessible. I have sent them an email asking about it.

Yep they scrub stories all the time or revise the data and it’s no longer available. With a little luck maybe you can find it in a cached version somewhere on the net.
Events like these have multiple versions about what was happening or happened based upon where the person reporting was, what he saw/heard and often his/her version only has a small portion of the entire story.

Since the projectile didn’t remain embedded, and there were at least two guns at the venue doing the shooting, that will remain an unanswered question to honest people.

The officer that ordered the ambulances held stated that there were two gunmen and one had not been apprehended.
Still not apprehended as of yet, correct?
Most likely won’t be either. It will be interesting to see how many shell casings are recorvered and how many weapons they match. Lot of crap out there and until they get it all together and sorted out some of it may prove to be incorrect however well intended the orginal report indicated it to be.
We’ll see.

I wouldn’t count on finding any casings from the gun that took the judge out.
Shots through one victim into another, 1 shot = two victims. 9mm ball ammo does that. So the question becomes, how many shell casings?
I’ve fired lots of rounds of 9mm luger into redwood posts, and do not recall one ever penetrating a post.

We’ll see what the final outcome is. Right now that isn’t the info being put out. Things get very hairy in a situation like this and often times all that is said or repeated isn’t the truth. Only time will tell and that may not be the entire story.
So the question becomes, how many shell casings?
That will be one of the keys as to how many shooters there may have been. Right now one seems to be the focus. I read somewhere he had expended one extended clip and was trying to reload when a woman was able to keep him from inserting another clip.
Who knows what all happended but they’ll try to sort it out.
