Huckabee’s endorsement of Jeb is not a negative for me. Based upon your links, it seems Jeb Bush supports increased legal immigration, which I do personally support on free trade and free markets grounds. However, you do accurately point out that he supports amnesty and seemed to support the DREAM Act.

I think some conservatives, like Reagan and the Bushes, have supported amnesty for illegal immigrants probably on a misguided belief that illegal immigration is equivalent to free trade (this is my opinion). However, illegal immigration has little to do with a free labor market (no pun intended).

Don’t get me started on our former governor and his stanch on illegal immigrants! He was damned and determined Arkansans were going to educate them whether we wanted to or not!
