Your question is rhetorical in nature and doesn't require an answer. Bush lost support among his Conservative base because of his support for the immigration bill
in 2007. Bush was weak on the border and immigration and it cost him.
You also asked if I supported Bush in 2004 (a really dumb question). He was an incumbent President who ran unopposed in the GOP primary and whose opponent in the general election was John Kerry.
Suggestion: Have a point, it's so much easier for the reader.
