Palin is hysterically accused of murdering those folks in Tuscon by proxy and of willing their deaths by her conservative viewpoints. By her very nature and beliefs she deliberately causes the deaths of innocents and revels in them as do all conservatives. We conservatives are guilty of all the violent deaths in the world because of who we are.That is a pretty good approximation of the classic Blood Libel.

It’s bloody ironic that liberal Jewish groups should think they have any ownership to the term, when it’s they who help, through their self-and Israel-loathing, to inspire such libels against them by those who would institute another Holocaust, which happens to be another word or phrase to which liberal Jewish groups like to think they have exclusive ownership. The sad irony of the Holocaust is that too many European Jews docilely went along with the initial steps of the final solution, whether because it was an act of appeasement or because they were liberal is not clear to me.
I add a new twist to Sarah's tweet:
"the more someone complains about the____________ the more we should look under their bed."
Palin is exactly right here. And her overall statement is very good indeed.

It was an analogy. She could reasonably use it as an analogy. We know that liberals hate Palin, so why should we take these views as objective?

Heard something on the radio this morning about the Jewish Anti-Defamation League’s ‘concern’ over Sara Palin’s use of the term “Blood libel”; they decry the use of a term so “fraught with pain”. I got to thinking and well, WIKIPEDIA defines “Blood libel” (or Blood Accusation) as a “…false accusation or claim that religious minorities, usually Jews, murder children to use their blood in certain aspects of their religious rituals and holidays.”
The Liberals (or Progressives) have made a false accusation or claim that Conservatives in general and Sara Palin in particular murdered (or caused to be murdered) 6 people (including one 9 year old girl) in Tucson, AZ on January 8th. Information that has been coming to light indicates that the shooter was insane; he was NOT a Liberal or a Conservative – he did not listen to Talk Radio (of ANY KIND), he did not listen to Television or pay any attention to the Internet. His closest “friends” and associates all reveal a socially inept loner who asked questions “that made no sense” AND YET Liberal Blggers, Pundits, and their Sychophants in the Major News Media INSIST on trying to say it (the spilling of the “Blood” of these ‘innocents’) was all Sara Palin’s fault (well, “mostly” her fault; they also want to reserve some blame for the Tea Party Movement too).
I’m sorry if the term “Blood Libel” hurts or offends the Jewish Anti-Defamation League’s Sense of Propriety but I think the term (as “UGLY” as it is) Fits! The Liberals are attempting to Blame Sara and the Tea Party Movement for the killing of these innocent people (to include one Child) when the ONLY one to blame has been identified. The Blame can ONLY be laid at the feet of one psychotic, deranged murderer! The term “Blook libel” is ACCURATE and it is APPROPRIATE and it is the TRUTH!

It should be noted that the ADL had a much more muted criticism of Palin using the term as opposed to the garbage put out by National Jewish Democratic Council (NJDC) and J Street. Believe it or not, at an NJDC event during the 2008 campaign, Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-FL) insinuated that Palin was antisemitic because she carries guns and hunts moose. (How idiotic is that!)
The Jewish Left, fearful that Jews and others may be turning against them, is taking advantage of every perceived opportunity to falsely insinuate that Palin is antisemitic. It's obviously just a political game they are playing, since these same groups had absolutely nothing to say, for example, about Obama's connection to real antisemites like Rev. Wright, Rashid Khalidi, and Edward Said. What these groups are doing is deflecting attention away from the antisemites on the left with their petty and false attacks on Palin, who they perceive to be a major political threat to them down the road.
So, only jews can say blood libel and holocaust? I guess that’s sort of like only blacks can use the n-word.
