Why do we even waste time in this country with anything that goes through the 9th circuit? The decisions from that court are always the same, and always as liberal as can be imagined. If given a choice in the matter the 9th circuit would probably give Hugo Chavez US voting rights, or the ability to run of the Senate. Unbelievable.
