I don’t understand this sentiment at all. This was NOT the 112th congress — it was the 111th congress! To expect THAT congress to act like the elections meant something is sheer sophistry.
Besides, during the lame duck session, we got the most liberal President in American History to admit that Art Laffer supply side Reaganomics WORKS. That is a stunning accomplishment.
