An illegal immigrant killed his teenage wife in New York while he was free on bail awaiting deportation, police say.

Paul Amay, 25, is charged with second degree murder for allegedly strangling his 19-year-old wife Graciela "Gloria" Zhingri Amay outside her parents' Lake Secor home, then dragging her into the house and repeatedly stabbing her in the chest, the Journal News reported.

Zhingri's body was discovered about 3 a.m. on Christmas Eve.

Amay was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement in March after he’d served four months of a six-month sentence for driving with a blood-alcohol level more than three times the legal limit with his then infant son unrestrained in the car, the Journal News reported. He was released on March 22 after posting bail.

But incarceration is nothing new for the native Ecuadorian.

Amay had been arrested at least four other times for public drunkenness or disorderly conduct, and police had responded to several domestic disturbances between him and his wife prior to his last arrest, the Journal News reported.

The law seldom prevents murder. Even convicted murderers escape legal consequences or do so little time that they eventually get out in the public to repeat the evil. There is, however, a solution to prevent repeat offenders ... and it also needs to be applied to the judicial scum who coddle the evil, because their twisted perspective cannot be fixed any other way:

The murder of this woman has guaranteed the further employment of at least two judges, four court bailiffs, one court reporter, numerous jail personnel, numerous prison personnel, a group of attorneys, numerous newspaper reporters, TV news reporters, some folks over at DHS who write reports on crimes in the US and numerous others who I haven’t named. So you see we cannot say that she died for nothing. She gave her life for the US economic system.

Another “fine”,outstanding” citizen for the Gurnee Police Department“

A Gurnee man was arrested on Christmas Day after allegedly driving drunk down the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic in front of a police officer.

Jorge A. Villalobos, 31, of unincorporated Gurnee, drifted across the center line of Grand Avenue as a patrol officer drove behind him, according to Gurnee Police Cmdr. Jay Patrick.

The officer was driving eastbound on Grand Avenue near Kilbourne when the white GMC Jimmy in front of him began driving near the center of the roadway, Patrick said.

After drifting into oncoming traffic, the Jimmy drifted back into the eastbound lanes and the officer pulled him over near First and Grand avenues.

Why do they keep using this word allegedly, when He was charged with the DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol.
