Under this definition Obama is the SECOND illegitimate US President. Chester Arthur’s father was born in Ireland and was an Irish citizen at his son’s birth.

That is correct and Chester Arthur burned almost all of his personal papers in an attempt to hide the fact that he was not eligible. Does that sound familiar?
