I kept shooting until I stopped the threat.

Reporter:”It was said the suspect had 54 bullets in his body. Why so many”?
Sheriff: “It was all they had before having to reload”.
I am sure that I don’t need to explain.
Because 55 bullets would have been too many, and 53 bullets would not have been enough.
Hell the cops never have to justify pumping 30 rounds into someone.
Was the thief hoping to steal a pool?
The only thing more stupid then breaking into a pool store are some of the comments under the CNN story.
“I am sure that I dont need to explain.”
I’m sorry but I do not understand your meaning.
Now, you can answer my questions about the true issue.
What would he have to gain by staging this event?
How could he rationally pull it off?
I have no idea what the arrangement the legislature has with its members re: transportation.
Now, how about you answering the questions I posed to you?
Should he have had a ‘shotgun rider’?
What gain, financially or otherwise could he have realized?
Have you seen any newspaper accounts of this? I haven't The story wouldn't likely hit the news here.
I am just pointing out holes in your story and you can't/haven't filled them in. You just bring up other issues.
Simple questions, simple answers.
“Arizona is broke, why are we issuing State Legislatures Yukons, Pay them mileage.”
Our legislators are paid $24,000 a year. Every ballot initiative to raise it to $36,000 has failed as far back as the last 20 years. I know I couldn’t afford to take that job, even with a Yukon.
it is part time work. I don’t think any of the legislatures use the job as full time employment. The guy in this article owned a company.
If I didn’t want to kill an owner when I was breaking into a place, I might tie them up to give me a chance to escape and get distance away from the place. By the time the owner would have been freed, I would have been miles away.
(no I haven’t been in Arizona in the last week....LOL!)
That is exactly (for all practical purposes) what happened.
But I would love to hear from the guy that is bent on blaming the owner (victim) for the incident. He is apparently ultra paranoid. I guess he reflects his attitude if he could have been in the same position.
But when confronted with factual responses to his comments, he becomes strangely silent. I did hear that the situation was well detailed in the paper but I haven’t seen the article. I understand his wife went to the store once during the day and not seeing the car, she left. She returned later in the day and looked inside and saw his plight.
I would still like for the accuser to explain just how he could do all this to himself.
Have you kept up with the facts? You were/are dead wrong on all counts. They have the perp, he has no connection with the victim and he is going to do hard time for a long time.
