SOME bought the property with bonds, private fundraising and subsidies from the District.
It is more than interesting that Insurance Reimbursements represent 4.9% of this organizations income.
That reflects a whole lotta “burning the house down” during a year.
And, of course, we pay that 4.9% of Insurance Reimbursements thru the premiums on our homeowners insurance.
