I call BS. With a GOP controlled House, they would be cutting their own throats if a simple majority could end filibuster and bring bills to a vote. But then, this is probably about putting as many liberal, constitution hating judges in place before Obastard is thrown out on his ear.

It’s all about appointing as many judges as they can before Obama leaves. Maybe they also have some vain hope of passing an amnesty bill if they drug the members of the House.
Sounds like the “Nuclear Option” which was proposed several years ago by Senate Republicans in order to get Bush judicial appointments confirmed.
