Army asks for mercy from clemency callers- Lakin supporters flood phone lines; need to redirect messages

###

Army public affairs officer Lt. Col. Rob Manning today asked WND readers appealing for clemency for imprisoned "birther" Dr. Terrence Lakin to send their pleas to Lakin's defense counsel, not to the officer with authority to free Lakin, Maj. Gen. Karl Horst.

"We're getting a lot of calls," said Manning, the director of public affairs for the Joint Force Headquarters, National Capital Region.

Manning emphasized clemency requests should be sent to Maj. Matthew Kemkes, Lakin's defense counsel. Kemkes' e-mail address is matthewkemkes@us.army.mil.

*snip*

... it's got to go through the defense attorney. That's the law."

"It's the process," Manning continued. "The real person to contact concerning clemency is Maj. Kemkes."

According to Manning, Kemkes will include requests from the public to release Lakin when he files his formal appeal for clemency with Maj. Gen. Horst.

Pardon my impertinance ,Sir. But ever since I heard of the homosexual that dumped to Wiki Leaks named Manning -whenever I see that last name I wonder if there is a relation. I know my son now thinks he’s gay— and is doing a LOT of strange behavior so if this Lt col Manning is related to the Wiki Traitor I empathize.

House Foreign Affairs Committee incoming chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) has named Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) as her point man on oversight and investigations related to the Obama administration.

“I will be establishing mechanisms for Americans to blow the whistle on waste, fraud, and abuse in State Department and Foreign Aid operations by welcoming anonymous tips,” Ros-Lehtinen said, in announcing that Rohrabacher would chair the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations on Tuesday.

“I am proud to lead this team which will protect and advance America’s interests and values, and not apologize for doing so,” Ros-Lehtinen said.

I’d say we contact BOTH of them.

Which case is going before the SCOTUS in Jan?

Thank you for finding the fund so I can contribute to this fine man.

I look forward to supporting him on a regular basis.

Please send a general ping, to the list, once a month as a reminder of where to send our donations and any requests his family might need.

Thank you.

This is the Capt. Rhodes case from which Capt. Rhodes has fired Taitz back when Taitz filed an appeal to Judge Land without Capt. Rhodes permission. Judge Land issued a $20,000 against Taitz. This is basically Taitz trying to get her 20 grand back.

The justices, I think it takes four, can agree to hear the case or not even comment at all and let it die.

I sent a small contribution to the Terry Lakin Action Fund with hopes that many, many people will help the Lakin family cover some of what apparently has been extracted by our patriotic military. Many, many small contributions will also give public demonstration that there was and is large support for what was on trial beyond Lakin’s personal dilemma was the integrity of our Constitution and the oaths to uphold and defend it above all. I’m well tuned to this by service in WWII and an only brother killed on Okinawa.

Wonderful .. good for you and good idea!

I think cards would also be very appreciated.

“Cards and letters, but no packages, can be sent to Lakin at the following address, and should not mention rank:

It’s important his spirits remain up and positive.
That’s what I see could be a problem for awhile. God
bless and protect him and his family, keep his emotions
upbeat, and hover over them during this time.

I think SCOTUS can stay out of it now. I think a civil lawsuit for damages should be next. If Lakin gets a trial for personal damages, Soebarkah may have to come clean.

SCOTUS can sit back and enjoy the show and continue to deny appeals. And if Soebarkah is found to be a fraud in civil court, let him run on that record in 2012.

Hell, a woman can sue McDonalds because her coffee was hot. This has much more significance and damages, and it dos appear on its face that Soebarkah is a fraud.

The letter document available via the link below, highlights why the US Supreme Court should now, and should have previously, become involved in Lt. Col Terrence Lakin’s ‘Kangaroo Court Martial’.

Such a suit would be dismissed just like every other suit concerning his eligibility. Now is the time for patriots to flood Congress with calls, faxes and emails demanding that the House do its job and subpoena Hawaii to produce the birth certificate!
