#5 Stockton has the slowest walking people I have ever seen. They meander in cross walks weaving making phone calls and of course stopping to pull up their pants so they can walk. I have never seen such a lack of ambition anyplace else.
I lived in Imperial Beach, CA for three years, and I see no reason why Chula-juana is ‘boring’ Robberies, car thefts, rapes, assaults, what’s not to like? What’s boring in that list?

True story: I relieved a CPO (Navy Chief) at NROTC Cornell back in 1976. He retired to Chula Vista, made a fortune and got out of there around 15 years ago. He’s a happy dude now!
