The
2400 Motel is still there. I drove past it last week. I believe that it is actually owned by the City of Vancouver; they contract out its operation. There have been plans to sell all or part of the land and develop it as condos, but nothing has happened and real estate is cooling down ... or at least City Hall's urge to play real estate developer has cooled down after the Olympic Village fiasco.
