Sigh, I admire the russian adversary, but dont give them to much credit.

Hardly. You have read about their latest uniform?

Putin had to publicly retract previous boasts by his naval chief that Russia was going to build new aircraft carriers.

Half their airforce materiel stockpiles were destroyed in this summer's wildfires. etc, etc.
