Some people have the ability to judge thmatters without the filter of hero worship. That doesn’t mean we have PDS. To the contrary. It means we want Sarah to actually get elected. And actually, “derangement” is a two-way street. There are those who are so deranged by hero worship that if Sarah told them to go jump off a cliff, they’d unquestioningly do it immediately. People who lash out at posters presenting the smallest criticism about Sarah should probably examine their own mental stability rather than suggesting others are “deranged.”
I think the show over all was a good ides. This particular episode was undoubtedly a mistake. I explain why in my following post.
Really? Kate is a low-caliber tv personality, for gawd’s sake. If Sarah had found a way to show Katie Couric for the moron she is, that would be different. This move was about as bad as Ovomit pointing out Jessica Simpson’s supposed weight problem.
ANYBODY could make an irrelevant bimbo like Kate look silly. Big damn deal. Whoop-de-doo. She is of no consequence. Illustrating one’s common sense by showing how silly Kate is would be the same as you or me demonstrating we are smarter than our pets because we can read and write. Yawn.
Kate’s mentality and intellectual apparatus are not even in the realm of challenges for somebody contemplating a presidential run. Besides that, she’s tacky. Why go camping with a tacky witch? The whole thing was surreal and just plain weird. It didn’t make Sarah look dignified or like an important, serious person to be considered for the position of leader of the entire free world to be seen camping with Kate. My first thought was, “What the hell is Sarah doing with that dingbat? This can’t be happening.”
If Sarah feels a burning need to be seen camping with somebody with name recognition, let it be with somebody respected and influential, not a tacky bimbo. She gains nothing by making a silly bimbo look like a silly bimbo.
The kids where having fun, well behaved for a change and relaxed and she was the only one complete melt down. Even the troublesome older ones where chilling out and fishing.
