Arizona Regains Footing in Legal Battle Over Immigration Law

After suffering a major legal setback in the summer, Arizona regained its footing in court Friday when a federal judge dismissed parts of the U.S. Justice Department's challenge to the state's new immigration law and rejected several claims made by Hispanic activists and Phoenix police officers.

I hope Texas does it.

Incredible 11 foreign nations are meddling in Arizona's law - Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica. Ecquador, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, and Peru. Yet Judge Susan Bolton rejected request by the Arizona Latino Republican Association to be included.

Great news!!! I hope Obummer and his minions get their collective butt handed to them for challenging the Arizona law. Down with illegal immigrants. Up with the rule of law!!!
