Yep. Black RINOs can serve more of a purpose than white RINOs can now anyway. Not only will their present start to give more blacks the mental permission to consider the GOP alternative, but they also have a chance of serving in black-majority and otherwise gerrymandered liberal districts in which the GOP wouldn’t regularly have a chance at this point.
