Seems like ever since Rahm headed to Chicago Obama has been on a fast and furious downhill slide and based on O’s presser w/Clinton he doesn't know what to do.

I heard a pundit say (a few weeks ago, around the time of the election) that the unavailability of Teddy Kennedy is has been a huge problem for Obama. Kennedy was trusted by Obama; Teddy had at least a modicum of horse-sense, understood how to get things done in Washington, and was willing to go to the mat for little Barry.
Kennedy's death was, according to this pundit, a huge blow to Obama. Recall also that five of his most important economic advisors left the administration to return to their private-sector positions, mostly in major universities.
The second half of Obama's first term is looking a lot like the second half of other president's second term. He's incompetent to do much more than contribute to a late-night bull session in his dorm. Everyone knows it now, everyone who's paying attention, anyway...
The Democrats have a bunch of things they have to do, and with some urgency. One is, they have to start working on setting up the excuses: Obama's failing because of white people, white people aren't giving a black president a fair shake, etc.
Our enemies aren't ignoring this either.
His salt-n'-peppah press conference last night was a double Whopper-sized screw-up that will go down in history.
