Who will buy his house?
Assuming he LIVES in Newport Beach where his business has developed, he can sell pretty easily. It’s truly a beautiful piece of the Pacific Coast.
I lived in Newport Beach for a couple of years, left the year before Dr. Cristiano got there. Even then a $2M house wasn’t unusual. There were more Rolls Royces in Newport Beach than in the UK. Money is not an issue. On my last visit, a LOT of Middle Easterners had moved in or at least bought property.
Funny thing ... when I lived there we had Gov. Moonbeam. I returned East, married, had a family; now my eldest lives in SF .. just in time for the Return of Gov. Moonbeam.
