Dear Citizens:

The federal government threatens to withhold funding from our state for vital projects and concerns.

The money the feds threaten to withhold came your pay checks, and you mailed it to them through an IRS Center.

On April 15, 2011, instead of mailing anything to the IRS, after you figure what you owe, mail your checks to the state revenue service instead, marked, “Diverted for state use; keeping our money at home.”

Local Sheriff’s are not to allow federal agents to harass the citizens of our state over this issue, but to keep the citizens secure in their persons and in their property.

This type of action is the accepted manner of practice in Chicago. The people that practice this do not understand it is wrong. Obama does not understand it is wrong nor does he care.
