Being a buggerer seems to be, not at all a bar, but rather the excuse-all — what gives in Britain, anyhow?
I have no idea how GB classes “sex offenders” and I wouldn’t believe that someone who was caught peeing in a bush in the dark should be lumped with someone who humps his sister. But some attention has to be paid to the more egregious acts.

Here in the United States a college kid who pees off the back porch can become a registered sex offender.
Maybe a better solotion is to reform the sex offender rolls.
Not only is liberalism a mental disorder, it apparently also rots the brain.

I don’t think most Brits are completely uhinged. I think the media is, and it promotes the unhinged minority, and people aren’t quite sure how to fight back. I hope they figure it out soon, so we can see how they did it.

Dont slander an entire country by the actions of a few. I dont think every American is a racist because of the KKK.
Like any country, there are varying levels of sex offender.
The legal age of sexual consent is 16, so a 16 year old boy who has sex with a 14 or 15 year old willing girl can and has been found guilty of ‘unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor’ and put on the sex offenders register.
I think we’d all agree that is completely different to a REAL sex offender. The report may have a point in regards to teenagers on the register who did the above or are on it for another relatively minor ‘sexual’ offence, ie flashing or indecent exposure (which in Britain can constitute having an illegal pee and being caught).
But the vast majority of sex offenders are dangerous and should never be near a child or underage teenager.
A better a better idea is to kill actual rapists and cnild molesters. Then there’s no way they can adopt children. In a just society, rapists and pedophiles would face execution (swiftly!).
That’s why they can’t be fixed unless they have a real, sincere, life-changing change of heart and best of all, religious conversion.
