The Pentagon has rolled out prototypes of its first-ever programmable "smart" grenade launcher, a shoulder-fired weapon that uses microchipped ammunition to target and kill the enemy, even when the enemy is hidden behind walls or other cover.

With the rules of engagement they’ll never allowed to use it. Someone may get hurt. Can’t have that now can we?

My first thought as well.

Proper attitude is more important than state-of the art technology in deployed armament.

Commence firing. Fire at will.

It is only a “winner” and “game-changer” weapon IF the wuss n chief signs on to REALISTIC rules of engagement that support our troops instead of the Muslim enemy. As it stands; Anit-American, pro-Muslim Imam Obmessiah has our troops fighting with one or both hands tied behind their backs because he cares more about the Islamic terrorists than he does Americans in harms way!
