If you toss the headline and read that, you have to sympathize with him.
Not sure why he answered this at all, but maybe he was worried how people would take “No comment.”
Which has nothing to do with whether Jeb should be president. I think we all agree that three Bushes is too many—even though he is better than his father or his brother. That still isn’t what we need.
