Yes, there is all sorts of software and firmware written to do exactly that. I maintain that someone in a very high place wants this info leaked. That is also why the Wiki dude hasn't been caught. If they really wanted the Wiki dude he'd be sitting in a cage right now....

secret internet protocol router.

its a computer that you can view classified and secret documents and web based information. its usually a laptop or desktop plugged into a classified network.
