Man this is ridiculous!
Pakistani restaurants hire pakistanis (and can actually bring in pakistanis to America for that purpose even if their entire town is unemployed) because “they want to be authentic”.

Every ethnic restaurant I’ve been to hires mexicans. Chinese, mediteranian, korean, japanese...whatever. they all hire mexicans. Sometimes even the mexican restaurants hire mexicans.
