Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that a peace agreement does not guarantee the existence of peace, which is why he insists on security arrangements.

which is why he insists on security arrangements Bibi-- read the 1920 San Remo Conference...in it you'll find the security arrangement you need AND it is already approved by law.
