No. He was arriving from an international flight, Paris to Cincinatti. TSA screens people ARRIVING from an international flight. Go figure.

This is so bizarre that I don’t even have words to describe it.
The man has already gone OFF the plane. He isn’t going ON a plane, and they’re still doing this ??
Our Homeland Security is really out of whack.
We refuse to protect our borders (where terrorists, drug gangs and dealers can come in from Mexico ), we then spend our resources suing states that want to protect their borders, and yet, here we are harassing people who are not even getting on a plane !!
We are sooo screwed...
