This is NOT Slowing down Nichols of the CARB in California....KFI was all over the CARB Plans now that prop 23 failed....$9.00 a gallon for auto Gasoline is one the way...and special Green fuels like non corn based ethanol will be a requirement...
Freaking unreal...the plan to get the nasty pollutant out of the air....no matter what China does with its coal fired power plants....
