I'm almost too apoplectic to post here.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Does this not mean anything anymore?

Your constitution is being sacrificed on the altar of political correctness. There is a set of people among us, a subset of which is totally responsible for ALL THE TERROR ACTS. We don't know how big the subset is. We don't know how many of the larger set sympathizes with the subset. In any case they certainly are not interested in turning them in to the authorities.

Given these facts how is it "unreasonable" to start searching this set of people so that we can ferret out the subset? In other words: PROFILE!

It hasn't meant anything since the War on Drugs.
