In 2006, Nolan unsuccessfully ran against Gabrielle Giffords for a seat in Arizona's 8th Congressional District.

In 2010, socialist Gabby Giffords deafeted conservative Jesse Kelly 48.7-47.2. Libertarian Steven Stoltz took 3.9%, aided by large independent expenditures by socialist groups.

Your point? I recall something called Operation Chaos spearheaded by a certain conservative talk show host back in the 2008 election......

Of course there was a guy named Ralph Nader who ran for office in 2000 that cost Gore the election but I digress.

I’m not a Libertarian (large L), but I am a libertarian (small l). Seems to me that the Republican candidate is supposed to actually earn the votes of non-Republicans.

I’ll bet that plenty of Libertarian Party voters vote for Republican candidates when they are worth voting for.

That is also how we originally got Senator Patty Murray, and others.

As “low-tax, Liberals” Libertarians almost always serve the Democrat party.
