” A key intelligence report that could aid accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan’s defense is being withheld by the Obama administration, “
Hmmmm... Guaranteeing that any conviction will have excellent grounds (violation of ‘discovery rules’) to be overturned on appeal??

Someone is dumping garbage into the mix. There isn't a damn thing that could aid him in his defense. He planned it and acted on it and he had a motive..."Kill for Allah".
Another, what Usama calls "devoted Muslim".

Fox News calls him suspect? Is Prince Al Waleed upset that his agent might be called at least accused. Ailes should leave Al Waleed’s network and start a new one.

"Some of the nation's wealthiest and most powerful law firms have donated hundreds of
millions of dollars in free legal services to terror suspects at the Guantanamo Bay prison.
Their work, bolstered by left-wing activists groups, has helped to free, or force the
transfer, of hundreds of al Qaeda suspects to third countries. Some have gone back to
terrorism and the job of trying to kill Americans.
The work of big American law firms on behalf of al Qaeda is drawing new attention since
Attorney General Eric Holder decided this month that Khalid Sheik Mohammed, who
orchestrated the murder of over 3,000 9-11, is coming to New York City for trial. Holder
was a partner at Covington & Burling, which in 2005 gave one its attorneys an award for
aiding 17 Yemeni suspects at Guantanamo."

I was on post the day of the shootings, this piece of ____ needs a bullet and right soon.
When Jim came to Texas I took he and his wife to the museums here on Fort Hood, we were 1/2 mile away from the site of the shooting. I know many of the folks who were there that day and they deserve justice

Whoa, so glad you captured this. It is now gone from my site and I worried it was scrubbed. I will learn to save things in the future. Good job.
