Iron Range PO’d ping!
“”I live in CT which is one of those left wing loon states that swam upstream against the tide.
But even here you must show a drivers license and get checked off when you vote.””
Here in Minnesota you don’t have to provide any identification. I always thought it was a stupid way to run an election.
As long as they are DFL votes that's okay, isn't it?
Trying to steal another one for a DemoCRAP, and getting caught. Let’s hope the GOP will fight a little harder this time than they did with Frankenstein.
My friend a former Mexican citizen really finds it unbelievable that one can go vote and NOT produce an ID.
“Mondale took Minn when Regean clobbered him in a landslide. How long has this been going on?”
The Reagan campaign stopped running ads three weeks before the election, this is the main reason for Mondale winning Mn.
If one voter in every precinct had changed their vote from Mondale to Reagan, Reagan would of won Mn.
The (sad) fact is not every Democrat win means there was cheating. Sometimes one party wins, sometimes the other.
MN needs to combine their new legislature with their old governor. Until the new GOP legislature is seated I doubt the needed reforms could be passed. Once Dayton is seated they’d be vetoed and gridlock will ensue. Franken case showed this election fight can be stretched out quite awhile. Since T-Paw remains governor until a replacement is seated, the GOP, even if they can’t eventually beat Emmers, should stall long enough so that that T-Paw can sign key reforms quickly passed by the new legislature.
Mondale was from MN and won the state by 3,600 votes in my favorite electoral map ever.
I think Joe Miller is facing some of the same count problems in Alaska.
The Election officials there are stonewalling him.
He needs to keep fighting...then to sue the appropriate officials.
