Exactly and take the video to your local DA and Grand Jury Foreman and demand that they prosecute.

I can just see it now...class action suit against the TSA for groping...TV commercial with a lawyer’s name if you want to call in and join the lawsuit, LOL.
What this DA said is absurd. What constitutes overly touchy...it’s so subjective...a regular “he said, she said” scenario, except since it’s same sex pat downs let’s make that a “he said, he said” and a “she said, she said” scenario.
I deserve an honest answer before any TSA agent lays a finger on me, “Have you ever had a homosexual impulse?”
Don’t ask don’t tell has no place in the TSA screener’s handbook.
