Not guilty...oh, wait.
This thread is useless without...oops, never mind.
OK, really, now—the article says, “Seventeen men have been put to death since Strickland took office in 2007. Cornwell is the third death row inmate this year to be spared by the governor.”
How does his rate compare to others’ (in Ohio, in other states, or whatever else works here)?
He’s screaming in Hell, Jim.
“The genetic condition caused Cornwell to develop motor and language skills late and gave him large breasts as a boy, which led to repeated teasing and required surgery to fix”
And just how does this drivel relate to the killing of a little girl?
“Is there some relationship between having large breasts and not knowing the difference from right and wrong?”
Well...if you knew my ex-wife....
Strickland is a bigger boob than both of Cornwell’s combined.
Since he lost all hope of re-election, he is O for one.
My nephew has Klinefelter Syndrome. It is a chromosomal abnormality that gives a boy an extra female chromosome, I believe. Some of the characteristics are: tall, not much facial hair, odd way of walking/moving, black-and-white rigid thinking, difficulty learning/lower IQ. Almost all of them end up in jail for one thing or another. Their potential is not considered too good by the “experts.”
They are really hard to raise.
They need a lot of structure, and reinforcement growing up. My nephew was one of the highest functioning Klinefelters that his doctor had ever seen, when he was finally diagnosed in his 30s. His parents had been very big on discipline, had a simple bible-based faith, and he also did Boy Scouts and entered the military— both of which had structure and definite rules and procedures. As a kid, he always struggled academically, but as an adult, he took training courses in the military and passed them.
[It’s amazing what you can do if you don’t know you have “limited potential.”]
All that being said, Klinefelters people definitely can know right from wrong, and need to follow the law or face the consequences. Indeed, for them, the certainty of that, the black-and-white clarity of it, is what the situation requires, I should think.
Teddyfelter....then drowned her.
(I expected an article on some hot babe, not a maniac governor gone amuck with some fiend's pardon. I was CHEATED!!!! Damn Democrats!!!)
Free Moob-ia....
Execute this killer, aren’t we told that people like Terry “deserve to die” because of the “quality of life issue”?
If his man boobs caused him so much distress that he acted out in rage killing a child, then it’s not a quality life he’s living.
Strap a “BRO” on this dude and off him.
“Is there some relationship between having large breasts and not knowing the difference from right and wrong?”
Large breasts have cause me, in my distant past, to not know the difference from right from and wrong, yes.
In fact, I couldn’t tell the difference from left and right, up or down, or much else.
MANSIERE!!!
Right off the mark! Well done!
Bodieslikeours.org is a support site for individuals with various intersex conditions if your nefew ever feels the need for connection with other people who deal with that. The site is somewhat of a mixed bag as they also have gays undergoing surgical sex change.
Don’t worry folks...those boobs will not go to waste in prison.
It’s called Kleinfelter’s Syndrome, and the people who have it usually also have very low (but borderline normal) IQs. These are not “double D’s”, in case you all are wondering; they’re just the average sort of floppy man-boobs that some guys have.
Hardly an excuse for murder.
