The president has lost the means for Clinton-style triangulation.
It’s almost enough to evoke sympathy: The entire journalistic world poring over President Obama’s post-election comments and applying a humility meter to his words, his facial expressions, and his mood. Does he get it? Is he sufficiently abashed by the voters’ rebuke?
But just when you think the guy has suffered enough, he short-circuits your pity. Traveling in India, the president misinterpreted the comments of an Indian businessman in a way that reveals his tenacious self-worship.
As Jake Tapper reported, Mr. Bhupendra Kansagra, founder of Spice Jet, greeted the president:
“Welcome, Mr. President, to India. As a fellow Kenyan, I’m very proud to see that you have made . . .”
(drum roll)
at which point Mr. OBAMA INTERRUPTED to say
“made something of myself.”
Mr. Kansagra finished the sentence:
“. . . India as the focus of your drive for exports out of the U.S.”
Sheesh.
(Obama believes everything is about HIM.)

At another venue, the president offered his highest praise to Mohandas Gandhi, saying,
“Throughout my life, including my work as a young man on behalf of the urban poor, I have always found inspiration in the life of Gandhiji and in his simple and profound lesson to be the change we seek in the world. I am mindful that I might not be standing before you today, as president of the United States, had it not been for Gandhi and the message he shared with America and the world.”
So WHOM was he praising — Gandhi or himself?
Everything — including the contribution of world historical figures —
is still ALL ABOUT OBAMA.

Obama is such an embarassment.
Obama is ALWAYS thinking of HIMSELF and how GREAT he believes he is.
Obama is making such a fool of HIMSELF.
Obama is fortunate to be around graceful people that smooth things over rather than ridicule him to his face.
That whole speech before the Indian government was full of meaningless platitudes and self-serving drivel.
IOW, the same as all other speeches as printed by the TOTUS and recited by the TOTUS-reader.
He’s always trying to make up for the confidence and self-posession that he might have learned from a real dad. Even being elected President of the United States, and a year-long orgy of press adulation, hasn’t filled that empty space.
The previous Democrat occupant of the Oval Office had the same problem, IMHO.
Obama is truly an amazing embarrassment.
He practically ADVERTISES how self obsessed he is.
The poor guy couldn't finish his sentence and Obama jumps in thinking it's about him and finishes off HIS sentence.

Obama had a trany nanny while growing up in Indonesia. They're more relaxed towards homosexuality than we are here. I've often wondered if the dysfunctional freak is bisexual. He's very insecure and effeminate.

On September 10, 2009 Rep. Joe Wilson blurted out “You lie!” when Obama claimed in a speech to a joint session of congress that Obamacare would not pay for medical services for illegal immigrants. The next day Wilson apologized; a week later Congress passed a resolution of reprimand. In the year that followed Obama’s lies have filled the files of You-Tube videos with new entries added almost daily. I suspect that Joe Wilson-style outbursts, catcalls, and outright heckling will become more frequent, perhaps to the point of ridiculing Obama to his face.
The Obama bumper stickers have virtually disappeared, even here in deep blue New York State. It won't take much for anti Obama stickers and buttons to sprout and derisive laughter to resound from sea to shining sea in response to Obama's arrogant and empty "nonsense on stilts".

Great memory, Mobties. Wilson’s outburst did set it off for the Dems and Obama’s decline. Around the same time a woman on facebook, of all places, caught the country’s attention by shouting “death care!”
Face it: all good pols are as vain as peacocks. The exceptions prove the rule. Many years ago, there was a very talent Texas state senator. He had all the tools, except idiocy—he was actually embarrassed when people pushed him to run for the U.S. Senate or Governor. A fellow I knew told his wife, smilling: he is just playing hard to get. His wife, also smiling, replied? No, he doesn’t want those jobs. He’s a good lawyer and likes what he does. Giving a few weeks of his time every two years is the most he is willing to give.
I’m not going to psychoanalyze these guys and their father issues.
But, I never got the feeling from GW that it was all about him.
Speaking of the time he was called a liar ... I was pissed that he had to apologize for telling the TRUTH!

The POTUS is just a crude, dirty joke. Sadly he’s also the leader of the free world. He’s a complete embarrassment!
I still can't believe America was so DUMB to make this piece of crap our President. We are now the laughing stock of the world as he pisses away our wealth.
It boggles my mind ... we are at 13 TRILLION and he's still giving money away to other countries. Indonesia just got 88 million from us to help them with their technology etc..

The latest move seems to be crying for the unemployed. We’ll gut the country through CUTS but by his OWN POLICIES the UNEMPLOYED is GROWING. He’s claim Republicans are MEAN and won’t fund unemplpoyment - that’s bankrupt too. The “new normal” is HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT due to Obama and that is the way HE WANTS IT.
Round and round we go. He turns people off that could hire and we spend MORE on unemployment. This is what he wants. He’s a vile SOB.
