McGeehan notified Ortiz in a letter dated today that he failed to include all precinct polls in District 27 in the requested recount and that his deposit of $11,500 was not sufficient and instead should be $23,500.

Gee, I wonder which precincts Ortiz left out?

I’m absolutely shocked that Ortiz didn’t include “all” the precinct polls. Taking a page right out of the Algore playbook.

Maybe he wanted to pull an Al Gore and only recount certain precincts.
