Comment from Sen. Feingold creates buzz following elections
Posted: Nov 05, 2010 12:03 PM EDT

Madison (WQOW) - Much of the talk since Election Day has been about a comment from Senator Russ Feingold Tuesday night, after being defeated by Ron Johnson.

"I hope and I intend to work with you in the future as much as possible. So, it's onto the next fight, it's onto the next battle, it's onto 2012," expresses Sen. Feingold.

That fueled speculation that Feingold would be back on the campaign trail soon, possibly to run against President Obama in the democratic primary. The state's democratic party chair says no way. A report in the Wisconsin State Journal quoted the chair saying, "Feingold won't run for president." Feingold's spokesman said Wednesday the senator has no current plans to run for anything.

Diana - for the list.

Rumor is he’ll run for Herb Kohl’s Senate seat in 2 years.

Now that the GOP controls more state legislatures, we need to move some red states forward in the primaries..so that the Rinos and Rats aren’t in the lead prior to the Red state primaries.

Feingold would face the same problem Santorum would...Kind of hard to run for president of the whole nation, when the people who know you best in your home state have already rejected you.

Good comparison.

About 10 years ago a Milwaukee area car dealer named Russ Darrow ran against Feingold...his campaign slogan was “Send the Right Russ to Washington”. I liked that.

Feingold is the wrong Russ. He’s only survived on the strength of Madistahn and Milwaukee libs - but the Tea Party and Obamacare finally brought sanity to the Dairy State.

Speaking of which, next it’s time to get rid of the Dairy Queen - Herbie Kohl. Bawney will be SO mad!

Why? Is Kohl retiring?

True - and we need to CLOSE the Primary process - only registered Republicans vote - if you don’t like that, then don’t vote. We don’t need a bunch of metrosexuals choosing our candidate again.

The Republicans in and out of office need to make the elimination of voter fraud a top priority.

“The Republicans in and out of office need to make the elimination of voter fraud a top priority.”

They can start by banning early voting and by banning Election Day voter registration. (Here in Maine, you can register to vote on Election Day).

There needs to be more attention paid to the senile Senate. Can you imagine if your company hired ONLY this age group?

This is the reason we should question WHO is really writing legislation and running the Gubmint. Professional staffers and Agency czars - that’s who. They are not vetted or elected.

Probably Huckelberry, they make the perfect couple. No one loves raising taxes more than these two.
