I wonder if Nappy-Head Napolitano understands this:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

It really sucks when politicians consider all travelers to be guilty, yet they don't subject themselves to the same abusive treatment.

DHS and TSA need to abolished to the dumpster.

And there's the rub.

If someone "put their hands on" Michelle Obama's fat rear end, the world will come to a stop - I guarantee you that.

I wonder if these searches have ever been challenged on just these grounds? If the TSA was forced to get a warrant to do even one of these whole body scans or pat downs, it might just slow down this invasion of privacy.

If the U.S. would take note of the Israelis way of conducting security, they would be better off. From what I understand, the security check starts with a background check when you buy your ticket. Then they talk with you before you get on the plane.
